These Terms govern your use of JM Bookkeeping’s services. By working with us, you agree to the following:

Services

We provide virtual bookkeeping and related financial reporting services as described on our website. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide tax or legal advice.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner. We are not responsible for errors, penalties, or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Payments

• Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations

Services are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date.

Limitation of Liability

JM Bookkeeping will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
